Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
Welcome to Zeprill ("Zeprill," "we," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zeprill website at zeprill.com and the payment-link service we provide (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the Service
Zeprill lets you create simple payment links and receive payments. Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When a customer pays you through Zeprill, the transaction is processed by Stripe and, depending on your configuration, you (the seller) are the merchant of record for that transaction. Zeprill is not the merchant of record for sales made through your payment links.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use Zeprill for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose, including to sell illegal goods or services, launder money, or engage in deceptive practices. Stripe and card networks maintain lists of restricted and prohibited businesses; you must ensure your activity complies with these rules.
4. Fees
Zeprill charges a fee only on successful payments: a flat fee of 15¢ on payments under $30, and 0.5% on payments of $30 or more. There is no monthly fee and no fee on failed payments. Separate payment processing fees charged by Stripe apply to each transaction. Fees may change from time to time with notice.
5. Payments, Payouts, and Refunds
Payments and payouts are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms and the applicable merchant account agreement. You are responsible for issuing refunds to your customers in accordance with applicable law and for complying with Stripe's requirements. Stripe may hold or delay payouts for risk or compliance reasons, and Zeprill has no control over these decisions.
6. No Liability for Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third parties such as Stripe. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of third parties, including Stripe's processing, verification, or payout decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeprill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising out of or relating to the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or if required by our payment partners.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
